Your tasks include
- Supporting our finance department with preliminary accounting
- Monitoring outstanding receivables, including dunning
- Assisting the management team with administrative and organizational tasks, scheduling and communication
- General office organization and administrative duties
- Managing emails, incoming and outgoing mail
- Planning and coordinating meetings and business trips
- Telephone and written communication with customers, suppliers, and partners
- Maintaining and organizing databases, files, and documents
- Processing orders and checking deliveries
We’re looking for someone who
- Has completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Is confident using a PC and common Office applications (required)
- Ideally has experience with DATEV / DATEV Unternehmen online
- Works independently, in a structured, careful and reliable way
- Is a team player with strong communication skills
- Is flexible, proactive and motivated
- Has excellent German skills (spoken and written) and basic English skills
