2.Report Processing

Our goal is to resolve any recieved complaints or abuse reports within five business days. If more time is required to resolve an issue, our support staff will inform you of the expected time-frame to resolution.

3.Reopening an issue

If further problems arise on an abuse/compliant you can reopen the resolved compliant by responding with additional information that will help us to investigate of the issue
